This place in a beautiful location away from the city center offers fantastic services.

The venue is incredibly beautiful, fairly clean and the location is great and awesome next to fun activities for adults and children, and Grand Park Royal in Puerto Vallarta.

It is wonderful small hip new venue, it offers nice pool and the location is perfect in front of a beautiful beach. The staff are very helpful and top-class and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The service is very good, includes free parking.

It's a pity but there was no pressure.

The place was well-appointed and brand new, offering a comfortable king bed and an à la carte restaurant with a varied selection of delicious food.

Pretty basic food service, but good. At breakfast and lunch there is very little fruit, we had to ask if they could get us since we don't eat much candy. The 3 theme restaurants actually look like 2 because the fisherman is Mexican type but fish. Most of the meals are spicy and we felt that it was prepared very locally. The buffet is not bad but all the meals are stewed and there is little variety of international food, chicken, meat or fish grilled round and round... very simple. Room service we ordered twice and both brought us anything else, a waiter came to the room to understand why we were complaining but never changed the sandwich or brought back the right thing. Very good infrastructure but a service that leaves much to be desired. The head of reception was very kind and helped us to change money on the last day because we had no local money for the taxi.

This place offers fantastic, impeccably clean accommodation in a peaceful location near restaurants and pools, with top-class staff and a restaurant serving fabulous meals.

The beach and the crystal-clear water are really unique.

The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. the staff were top-class and caring, offering excellent service. - A charming and good standard hotel, my first choice in Puerto Vallarta.

The hotel was reasonably clean. The staff was caring and absolutely courteous. The a la carte restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. The lobby bar was a great spot to hang out.
